Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
miuu studio ("we", "us", or "our") built the Qubit app, available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.
The short version: your personal habit data stays entirely on your device. However, Qubit displays ads powered by Google AdMob, which may collect certain device and usage data as described below.
2. Information We Collect
We collect no information whatsoever. All data you create in Qubit — habits, completion history, notes, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using SQLite and is never transmitted to us.
However, Qubit uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect the following data on our behalf:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)
- Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone)
- IP address (used to infer approximate location)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store this data ourselves.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
To be explicit, miuu studio does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, or any other identifier)
- Usage analytics or telemetry data
- Any content you enter into the app (habits, notes, etc.)
Note: Some of the above device-level data (advertising identifiers, device info, IP address) may be collected by Google AdMob as described in Section 2.
4. Third-Party Services
Qubit integrates Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it:

You can opt out of personalized advertising on your device:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or opt out of ads personalization
Please note that Apple App Store and Google Play Store have their own privacy policies that govern their respective platforms. We encourage you to review those policies separately.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored locally in a SQLite database on your device, protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms. We have no access to this data.
If you uninstall Qubit, all app data is permanently deleted from your device. We hold no copies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data ourselves. However, Google AdMob collects and processes data directly on its own behalf as described in Section 2. We have no access to or control over that data.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Qubit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app, please be aware that Google AdMob is configured to serve non-personalized ads in contexts involving children, in compliance with COPPA and Google's Families Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
